For the past twenty-odd years, I have been supporting leaders and organizations in finding the best talent in the market for management positions. As an Executive Search Consultant, I specialize in recruiting for top positions in technology and digital companies, but also in other industries where strategy and innovation are key. My goal is to build long-term relationships that drive business growth.

Experience and competence

Over the years, I have gained experience in personnel consulting, executive search, but most importantly in building an effective business, which today operates in the form of four brands. I have worked with dynamic technology companies and organizations at various stages of development – from startups to mature corporations.

• I currently serve as CEO and Managing Consultant at Amberstone Associates, where I am responsible for strategic recruitment projects and the development of consulting services.
• I co-founded and developed brands such as Amberstone Associates, fTeam, Simplicity Recruitment, Blueamber HR Strategy & Consulting and FurryOwl.com.
• I have experience in building and scaling teams, which allows me to better understand my clients’ business challenges.

Investments and business activities

In addition to recruiting, I am active as a capital market investor and business angel. As a member of Cobin Angels, I support startups that combine innovation with real market impact.

• I support entrepreneurs not only with capital, but also with consulting, helping with growth strategy and team building.

Education and development

I am constantly expanding my competencies to better support my clients and business partners. I recently completed a postgraduate course in Professional Supervisory Board at Kozminski University (2023-2024).

In addition, I have completed an Executive MBA from Polish Open University & Oxford Brookes University (2011-2013), as well as numerous training courses in AI, cybersecurity and information technology, giving me a better understanding of the changing technology landscape and its impact on business.

Not just business

In addition to my professional work, I am involved in charity projects. I act as a mentor and support educational and social initiatives, believing that success is more than numbers and transactions – it is also the real value we can bring to the world.

Privately, I love kayaking, which gives me space to relax and reflect. This is one of my greatest passions, allowing me to recuperate and gain distance from daily challenges. I kayak on mountain rivers, lowland rivers, seas, waterways in every possible corner of the world.
